1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BidConcept, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, verifiable information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Listing & Verification

Sellers agree that all listings must be authentic. BidConcept uses a manual verification process for automotive and high-value gadget listings. We reserve the right to remove any listing that fails our internal verification standards.

4. Bidding & Auctions

A bid on BidConcept is a legally binding commitment to purchase the item if your bid is the highest at the end of the auction. Shill bidding or any form of market manipulation is strictly prohibited and will lead to an immediate ban.

5. Matchmaker Hub

Connections made via the Matchmaker Hub are private negotiations. BidConcept is not a party to these transactions unless our escrow services are explicitly used.

6. Limitation of Liability

BidConcept is a platform that facilitates connections. We are not liable for the condition, legality, or quality of items listed by users, although we strive to verify all high-value assets manually.
